NO! Do NOT agree to pay anything!
If you agree to any culpability whatsoever, even after you pay, they can come back for more with any potential complications. They could even sue you in civil court based on YOUR admission of responsibility.
Pay them NOTHING, get a lawyer to make sure they understand that your position is that THEY are at fault, and if they keep bothering you, it will be considered harrassment, and that you will be watching to see if they continue to allow their pooch to run free.
In matters like these, it is best to let folks know that you wont be F%$&ED with.

Right, there is only ONE President & people elected him to be the President until Jan 2009. Prez is doing & will do many things openly or under the radar which he thinks is best for US. Remember recent Somalia news & today's Iran news.

Rep. Artur Davis is on Fox and Friends right now. Black democrat from Alabama, very well spoken. Says the democrats aren't stupid enough to try defunding the Iraq mission. (We will see.)

McConnell just told Brit that he said to Harry Reid: Let's see how far we can get on an hospitable basis.
I think McConnell's staff are going to be hearing from me on a regular basis.
First, I want him to stop using the word 'majority' to refer to Democrats. The Dems rarely to never used that word in public statements the entire time that Frist was Majority Leader. They said "Republican Leader" and "Democratic Leader."
Our side has to learn to play the language game.

I wonder if Graham has a McCain talking point "implant" in his ear so he gets everything right.

Biden just said there is no one over the past four years [than him] who has been more supportive of what the President is trying to do in Iraq. Huh!

Enjoy your day! Working in Florida is a vacation compared to shoveling snow in Denver.

Ralph Peters also wrote an excellent article in NYPost yesterday about Petraeus & President's future vision on Iran. BTW, O'Reilly gave a good one to Andrea Mitchell about Chris Mathews.

I am less concerned with the nice nice talk than what is actually done! I don't see McConnell as a pushover.
Playing the game for the sheeple is all.

Brit's going to interview Hoyer in the next segment. Hopefully, he'll get some serious questions.

I found Hannity to be unwatchable. Havent tuned in in months. I watch the food channel now too, now that I've got this kickass new KitchenAid mixer-beast to learn to use. I have already made chocolate chip cookies and strawberry pie with it, but I intend to master the the thing. I even bought a set of knives so I can pretend to be Gordon Ramsay.
