Pointing it out does not make you racist, but it extends beyond rap. The US went to hell when drugs became widely available and used during the '60s. Black families were mostly intact before then and blacks knew the value of a good education. When drugs came to the community, dealing and stealing was a way to support the habit and to make money. Then doped up criminals with guns took over and people were dying all over the black neighborhoods. Liberals responded by offering money to people to stay doped up and unemployed and trying to take away guns from everybody. Drugs and government handouts have enslaved the inner city and made people stupid. They think that standing on the street corner, getting high and waving a gun is a business model for success.
