Someone has forgotten to tell this author that you are not allowed to discuss facts in this case. This case is about class envy, racism, and the evils of capitalism. Facts are never permitted to interfere with such important social issues.

The fact that this was SO obvious from the beginning has "frosted" me -- like the one attorney that they use so much on Fox who is a defense attorney, but who could never get over the fact that he thought(personally) that something had to have happened and the victim could never had lied about so much, even when the three other attorneys (who were prosecutors, and ethnically pale) were saying Nifong was a low down jerk.

The fact that the victim is a cheap climber and out to get whatever she could get from those boys was obvious from the beginning. As was the fact that Nifong was playing to his constituency (ethnically, much darker in complexion).

I'm stating the obvious, but have been frustrated since the Duke fellows had this "party" and all of the garbage started to stagnate out.

Ah yes. Well, you see, we are reliably informed by the various Departments of Women's Studies and other of similar ilk, that women are quite simply incapable of lying about the subject of rape and sexual harrassment. Such hate crimes are so horrendous and so vile that the mere allegation is sufficient for comdemnation, conviction, and punishment.
