They will of course be the first to complain when the price of oil goes up in response and as our dependency on foreign oil becomes even greater. But it is what the people voted for, and I hope they enjoy it.

And when we have gasoline shortages....they'll blame it on the oil companies. And when the pump price goes up to new heights...they'll blame it on the oil companies. And when government-funded "research" efforts only create massive new bureaucracies overrun by graft and corruption, they'll blame it on... the Republicans (who won't respond). Been there...done that. It was called "the 1970s". Might as well bring back "Disco" too, America. You threw a temper tantrum and voted for it. Now: dance.

..pushing for more use of ethanol Oh, and this is great stuff too.
10% less gasoline from oil, 15% less gas mileage and as an extra bonus, it activates your "check engine" light.

When gasoline prices and natural gas prices go up, we'll know who to blame--the Democrats, with their anti-business policies.

Last time Democrats went after big oil (1980's) Jimmy Carter) our dependence on foreign oil went up over 30%.
Prices more than doubled.
Waited in line for gas.
Democrats are going to repeat the mistake in the name of fixing the problem, as in big oil.
