To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks
At a meeting next month, California utility regulators are expected to approve a measure that will prohibit utilities from entering into contracts to buy electricity from resources that emit substantial greenhouse gases, such as coal.
I guess that the population of California isn't decreasing fast enough for them. This ought to help.

If Californians want to deal with inadequate power supplies and frequent blackouts I say more power to them ( no pun intended). Just more for the rest of us.
