Actually, lawsuits here in the good ol' USA are equally ridiculous. The broader message here is that for civilization to win over anarchy and barbarism trial lawyers will have to go the way of dinosaurs. Not all, but in large numbers. This can be achieved by eliminating their profit incentive. My creed: Those who wield the power of state shalt not profit from doing so.
