The Bristol County district attorney yesterday defended throwing out OUI charges against a politically connected socialite who flunked four sobriety tests and two breath tests, blaming red tape for blocking prosecutors from getting the Breathalyzer report...Walsh’s office dropped OUI charges against Suzanne Magaziner last week despite a police report alleging that she twice blew .12 on the Breathalyzer, which is above the legal limit of .08

Ah, she got the Ted Kennedy red carpet treatment, the magic of having the Registrar of Motor Vehicles himself make a midnight trip to the office and suddenly things like driver licenses become retroactively renewed. That a report gets suddenly ensnared in red tape pales in comparison.

I've been watching this the last few days and I'm not surprised in the slightest. Of COURSE her getting off on all charges had something to do with who she is and who she donated to and what her husband did for Deval.
"Change"....indeed. More like same ole same ole corruption. Can't wait to start keeping track of all the pardons.
