69,000 in Germany; 33,000 in South Korea. I'll leave it up to somebody above my pay grade to decide whether troops are needed to deter the Russians and North Koreans, respectively. Both Eastern Europe and South Korea are more important to the U.S. than Iraq is.
On a personal level, I think it's about time they take over the responsibility on their own.
