Rhetorically at least, the President is on the same page as most Freepers. Hopefully, Gates will look at the overall force structure. In retrospect the deep 41-Bubba early '90s cuts in the ground forces was less than prescient, in retrospect. I hope our nominee doesn't have to run on Iraq in '08.
