Did these bastards send the information that allowed the Cubans to shoot down the Brothers to the Rescue plane in 1996? If so, they should be charged with murder (along with treason). It is time we get a rope and we had better check that it is tight.

Oh, and if any FReepers don't remember, the Brothers to the Rescue was a group that used Cessnas to look for refugees in the ocean. Castro obviously thought this was a major threat and used MiGs to shoot them down. It was observed by a cruise ship and one of the Cessnas got away (which shows the quality of the Cuban air force).
