Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said Monday she would not support a short-term increase in American troop presence in Iraq unless it was part of a more comprehensive plan to stabilize the country.

Clinton also offered the broadest indication yet that she was close to a decision on whether to enter the 2008 Democratic presidential field.

"I want to make sure the decision is right for me, my family, my party and my country," Clinton said during an interview on NBC's "The Today Show." She appeared on the show to promote the rerelease of her best-selling book on child rearing, "It Takes a Village."

The thought of her becoming President is horrible. I hope that Americans can't be fooled again by the Clintons.

If she becomes President, we are sunk. She would make Stalin look like a boy scout if she could get away with it.

unless it was part of a more comprehensive plan to stabilize the country.

A nuance, but without meaning. The point of the additional 30,000 is exactly to stabilize the situation.

America does not need a Clinton setting military strategy, ever. Particularly during a war.

I'll save you some trouble, Hillary. Your decision to run is not in the best interest of this country.

She's running, Isn't "It Takes a Village." is the Hilderbeast's "Mien Kempf"?

Her announcement will be something like this. "A great deal of Americans demanded that I run for President and I have heard the great outcry of working men and women for a change. America deserves better. Right now, I don't see any other worthy candidates running for President."

Of course she won't being she could careless about the ramifications of pulling out...despite the fact she supposedly represents the victims of 9/11 and is opposed to terrorism. I have no doubt her sick little heart just glows when it comes to making our country appear weak.

Interesting isn't it? Me, my family, my party, and my country! It's all about me!

Of course! She just made her first Flip Flop as a candidate. When she went to Iraq right after we kicked saddam out she ran around saying with all her keen military wisdom and the press following her that we didn't have enough troops on the ground. I guess she was for more troops before she wasn't!

It always is with the Hildabeast, and why not. I would bet the farm she doesnt have one true friend to her name including her family.

In order to have a friend you have to be one, and she has crapped on most everyone she has ever come into contact with.

I said if Hitlery could get away with it, she would make Stalin look like a boy scout. I firmly believe that. She is an evil, vile creature.

How many people would she have to murder to make Stalin look like a boy scout in comparison? How many famines would she have to engineer in order to break the back of resistance? How many fellow leaders would she frame and put on show trial, and kill? How many lives would she have to pretend never existed?

Do you know how monstrous Stalin was? I don't like Hillary, but I don't think she's in the category with history's greatest tyrants.
