off-roaders destroyed the canyon by cutting trees, dumping boulders in the water and using winches to drag their Jeeps up the waterfalls.

If in fact they did this, they deserve to lose access to the area.

If in fact they did this, there was nothing left to save.

If in fact people think they can promote a Free Republic while freaking out because someone rolls a boulder into a rocky creekbed, they are crazy.

"If in fact they did this, they deserve to lose access to the area."

Do you think someone MIGHT be exaggerating the damage just a wee bit?

How do you destroy a canyon? These environmental Nazis make it seem that there are no other gushing mountain streams or a once-bustling silver mining towns in California.

Also are you aware that clearing the DEAD tree stumps and rocks was done on PRIVATE property? Something like 90% of California is owned by either the State or the US Government. Isn’t that enough so called protected areas. What the environmental Nazis or the fun police want is to have NO ONE on ANY land doing ANYTHING.

They want it all to be the Kings land so that ONLY they can enjoy it.
