I've long advocated abolition of judicial review to eliminate judicial autocracy. The Left has shown again its willingness to resort to the courts to nullify laws supported by a vast majority of voters.

I'd like to listen to your argument regarding abolition of judicial review.
At the federal level Congress can fire (impeach) judges or tell the courts that they cannot review the law. When courts rule in bold faced contradiction (Kelo v. New London) of the Constitution, the judges should be fired. Instead of defending their power to legislate, the congressional rats like the utopian court decisions while the pubbies cringe in fear at being criticized by the old media.
