I somehow would have found the wherewithall to have sat through the entire two hours of drivel in order to have heard that nasty swipe at Kerrey. I hope the little bastard was in the audience.
"Intelligent blacks" implies blacks are not intelligent, "Non-racist whites" implies whites are racist. I meant it as a rhetorical question, implying the "non-racist white" comment was racist.
Sorry, I figgered the terms merely delineated the two different subsets of the overall group, for there ARE 'intelligent' blacks as well as 'ignurt' whites.
This in no way a racist statement.
To say that Whites are 'intelligent', Blacks aren't, IS a racist statement.
Imagine if a white republican used the term "intellignet blacks" or even "non-racist blacks"? He would have to resign. There would be a deeply perceived implication of racism in the statement, because a term had to be used to delineate the "good (intelligent, non-racist) from the all of the "bad" (racist, unintelligent) I just selected intelligence as a random quality to prove my point.

Senator Kerry is a holder of the Medal of Honor, and an amputee as a result of his service in Viet Nam. There is no comparison between Sen. Kerry and Ward Churchill. And while you may not like Sen. Kerry's political philosophy, he paid his dues, and is entitled to them.

I'd like to be able to LOL, but when I see that a man actually MAKES A LIVING, A GOOD LIVING doing what this man does, I honestly and truly feel sick and heartbroken. I don't think Mr. Kerrey invited him. It said a group of "women of color" or something along those lines, invited him.
