A shame that such a work of art had to suffer the stupidity of one with more money than driving talent. Had he put the machine in my hands, he would still be the owner of an Enzo, and not had burns over 70% of his body, but then maybe he was looking for a going out in style/blaze of glory, legacy.

Seems like Ferrari used to only sell to people after they proved they could drive..on a track. Now, they sell to anyone with cash...and the Enzo was sold by invitation only to their favorite collectors.
That is a club rapidly becoming more exclusive.
