I asked a friend of mine from Puerto Rico if he'd ever seen a chupacabra when he was growing up. He laughed and said that's what they used to call the mayor of his town.

hey squirrel........on Art Bell a few years ago Art had a Chupicabra show with "experts" and witnesses.Art prides himself on taking unscreened calls and sure nuff got one.
A call comes in and the caller identifies himself as a Louisiana Cajin (sp ?)...anyway.......the caller says
" Art,know why you never had any calls for Chupicabra
sightings or happenins ? Art why is that Pepi ?
"Cause cajins can cook anything !!!!!!!!!! "
