3/11: Police Officers Investigated on Explosives Trafficking in Madrid
EL MUNDO - Libertad Digital ^ | 30 November 2006 - 1 December 2006 | Fernando Lázaro (transl. J Aguilar)

A person involved was on 3/11 in the Vallecas precinct.

A Police Plot in Madrid on Goma-2 ECO and Detonators Trafficking Is Being Investigated.

The Provincial Brigade of Information is investigating various National Police officers that might be involved in Goma-2 ECO and detonators trafficking. According to EL MUNDO revelations, one of the suspects was assigned during the night of 3/11 to the Vallecas Bridge precinct, where the backpack number 13, that led to the first arrests and on which the Official Version is founded, appeared. Although it was not known until now, the investigations began last August 15th, with the supervision of Judge Del Olmo, who was on duty that day. READ HERE the analysis by Luis del Pino [in Spanish].

(Libertad Digital) EL MUNDO explains that last August 15th appeared in Leganés, very close to the apartment in Martín Gaite street where allegedly the Islamist of 3/11 committed suicide, a package containing five kilograms of Goma-2 ECO, similar to the one the Official Version maintains it was used in the Madrid attacks. The explosive, ready to explode, was found in the hands of a police informer.

Although it was firstly thought that it was a case of common crime, the investigations have reached National Police officers and now, tells the article signed by Fernando Lázaro, it is suspected that “it was a police officer who supplied, through other people, the explosive to the police informer in order to be delivered to someone still unidentified. Radical Islamists are not discarded.”

The discovery of the explosives triggered an investigation, falling such responsibility to Investigating Judge Del Olmo, on duty that day in the National High Court [the same judge that investigated the 3/11 case]. Although his testimony was heard in the Police [offices] and the National High Court, tells EL MUNDO, “he left free both the informer that had the explosives and the person that, according to him, had given him them, a resident of the madrilean town of El Álamo. The informer’s wife, that was with him that night, was also set free.” Together with the informer was a Civil Guard, whose testimony was not requested.

A suspect in the Vallecas Bridge Precinct

The inquiries have led to some Police officers, whose telephones are being taped under an order from Judge Del Olmo. It so happened that one of the suspects was assigned, in the night of 3/11, to the Vallecas Bridge precinct, the same where the backpack #13 appeared, surrounded by suspicions and enigmas.

The newspaper reflects that “the data that has given more concern among the anti-terrorist officers in Madrid is the coincidence that one of the suspects of being involved in this plot of explosives trafficking was also directly linked with the surveillance tasks in the Vallecas Bridge precinct”. It recalls at this point that “a police inspector assigned to the Vallecas Bridge precinct denounced, in a writing sent to the General Director of the Police and published by EL MUNDO, that the chain of custody regarding the backpack had been broken. That is, during some time the most important evidence on 3/11 was out of the police checks”.

The surveillance of the backpack number 13

After the denounce was published, Judge Del Olmo, who previously had no data on it, requested the testimony of the police inspector. He explained that he saw only a bag with similar characteristics to the one allegedly used by the terrorists, but when the judge showed him the one discovered in the Vallecas [Bridge] precinct, “the officer denied absolutely that it was that one, specifying that there were essential differences in form, colour and handles. In addition, in the combined report elaborated by the UCIE and UCI in August 2005 under request from Del Olmo, it is affirmed that there was a physical trace on the external part of the backpack-bomb defused by the TEDAX, registered as PROFILE 11, that according to the unexpected events suffered by that backpack and the possibility of being manipulated by unknown people at IFEMA [Madrid Trade Fair, where the morgue was set], we consider that it belongs not necessarily to a terrorist”.

There is more information that may tie the police plot on explosive trafficking now investigated with 3/11. The place where the police informer waited last August it is only two minutes away, driving, from Martín Gaite street in Leganés, where allegedly the perpetrators of the massacre, according to the Official Version, committed suicide. This, concludes EL MUNDO, is “one of the circumstances that worried most the investigators”.

By J Aguilar,

Striking revelations this week regarding 3/11. This police plot was probably the source of most of the Goma-2 ECO used in the fabricated evidence planted in order to blame the attack on some Muslims, instead of ETA.

Moreover, the global strategy is clearer now: ETA needed the Socialist in office for lifting the police pressure on them. The Socialists needed the office to rinse its party monstrous debt: banks have cancelled during Zapatero’s term 40 million Euro in debt to the Socialist Party.

What is the exit strategy? Evidently, give ETA what has always asked for, but disguising it as a “Peace Plan”. The control of most mass media in Spain and ALL mass media outside Spain makes possible to carry out such a crazy plan.

Now ETA is threatening Zapatero to kill again, and Zapatero threatens ETA telling them that if they do so, the Popular Party will win the elections and this time the Police pressure on them may be fatal.

Meanwhile, the victims of terrorism, acting as a National Conscience, have called a rally, that last Saturday congregated a million people on the streets of Madrid: “Against the surrendering to ETA and for the Truth on 3/11”.
