Just another tax increase, really. Thank you Bush for another CONSERVATIVE action....I hear it rumored he is NEGOTIATION WITH THE DEMS to raise SS taxation by removing the maximum payment ceiling....if that is true, what little tiny legacy he has left, will go in the round-file.
Bush's legacy will not be impacted by frauds having to prove their donations. Nor by those yipping with the RATs around his heels.
I started out with high hopes for GWB as our president. However, as the years and his actions and inactions have worn on, I have basically lost respect for the man. I would not vote for him again. He has not only lost my respect, but my support, and, for his party, probably my votes if someone does not step forward and end this crap that the RINOcrats and socialist dimocrats keep piling upon this Republic. I would have to give GWB's 6 year run to this point, everything included, a grade of D-. That is the best I can come up with. If not for attacking our enemies over seas, I would have given him an F.
Is this really the place to be spreading rumors about our president when most of the world is conspiring against him and the USA?
And, you need not concern yourself with the President's legacy. He'll be remembered honorably.

No, it's not. It merely requires proof that you donated what you donated. For some (those falsely claiming or those with bad record keeping habits) it will be a tax increase though.
