if they are not willing to support our military, then why should they benefit from its protection? that protection costs money, material, and personnel. no free-loading allowed.

so.. either we offer the city up for auction to any foreign country that wants it... or we increase their taxes to cover their 'due', since support and participation are out of the question. and by increasing their taxes... i'm not talking about a paltry 10%... i'm thinking 20% would be about right.

Financially, the Bay Area generates a large amount of tax-dollars for the FedGov...so this financial "argument" doesn't fly....
