More of a Caribbean than Hispanic per say, thing The owner and employee were probably Cubanos. The perp was just a punk, probably a druggie, and of indeterminate ethnicity, although based on skin tone, I'd say not Hispanic, but many Cubans and Puerto Ricans are plenty light, so it's hard to tell.

But whatever the case may have been, hers was definitely bigger than his. :) And when she turned over the machete to a man, whom the perp probably figured would be more likely to use it, the perp ran like a rabbit, probably had to change his undies soon afterwords.

Unlikely, most of them are from El Salvador, Honduras, and other Central American countries, as well as some from (mostly) southern Mexico. All those folks tend to be quite bit darker, and somewhat smaller statured, than the perp appeared to be.
