Seen any Mexican 18-wheelers running down the highways lately? The ones that don't have the same regulations ensuring their safety that American truckers have?
That's cheap, and deadly labor too.

Bush put a lot more effort into getting Mexican 18-wheelers on the highways of America than he ever did promoting Social Security reform. He started on that project as soon as he got into office, and it took years of his time and effort.
