During cross-examination, however, prosecutor Colin Black pointed out that the American firm Bariot claimed was giving the Croatians weapons was not affiliated with the US government.

Wouldn't MPRI and any German sources be in violation of the arms embargo? I guess some animals are just more equal than others!

Selective enforcement...

It was well known it was happening and the Serbs also recieved shipments from outside sources from afar too. Don't be too shocked they recieved arms from the US too... with strict restrictions on distribution. Kinda like the NATO jets nearly strafed the Croats and BiH muslim army in late 95 when the Serbs were the only ones adhereing to the pre-arranged lines. Why do you think the HVO began shelling the muslim army in coordination with the VRS? Alot of politicking was involved.

You gotta question, with such ease of the VRS "falling back/withdrawing/retreating", why was it of such ease for them to recoup the lost land and even ready to take back Sanski Most? With such devestating airpower and overwhelmingly outnumbered, how could it be? Outside forces guided them as well... it went both ways and I'm not talking about the Russians, not exactly...
