Hmmmmm....if it's on Coast to Coast they'll have to blame the housing bubble burst on the fangs of El Chupacabra.

Thinking just of myself, I wouldn't mind a housing crash...property values are ridiculous in the Bay Area and Washington DC, to say nothing of elsewhere in the country. Not only would a crash make a home more affordable for me, it would cut property tax outlays for people with homes already.

If Bush can be blamed for Clinton's stock market crash, which started in spring 2000 immediately after the Justice Department rolled out its partisan prosecution (persecution) of Microsoft Corporation.

The market free-fell. A couple hundred points that week. And kept right on falling.

But that lousy stock market in 2001 when Bush took office? "Bush's fault". Natch.

See how that works? So we can start blaming Pe-lousy right now. For EVERYTHING.

George Norry / Art Bell are major libs. Perhaps the only libs that have a successful radio program. On re=read, delete the "perhaps".

actually, the possibility of this becomes even less - in either fact or reality (and I'm a skeptic of it at all at large, outside regional variances) - simply because the media will no longer berate the economy, etc.. You won't see any more Lou Dobbs specials on the middle class, etc.
