So Torie, a KLA chief admits he ordered civilians (Albanian civilians) to leave at the beginning of NATO's bombing.
He said the KLA pulled out at the start of this, and just before they did, the KLA ordered the civilians out.

Joan this is an important development. As I have always maintained the KLA are masters of manipulation as was the case at Racak where the KLA painted a massacre for the world. Well the KLA painted a case of ethnic cleansing against the Serbs by forcing the Albanian population to evacuate. I believe these forced evacuations were implemented all over Kosovo for the purpose of obtaining world public support which succeeded. Ordered to leave but they stayed. Wonder how many more LDK supporters were martyred for the cause.....
