Rangel is using the same tired mottos to try and bring back the draft that the same party and polical loudmouths used to get rid of the draft. The important thing is that Rangel, a Democrat, is speaking of bringing back the draft two days before a mid-term election.
This will resonate with undecided voters and will lose votes for the Dems.
Rangel IS an idiot who doesn't know how or when to keep his big mouth shut. Thankfully.
