And that makes you qualified to become a Congressman how? Like I've said before, veteran status is the LAST THING I consider when choosing a candidate. I don't think military service should be exploited for political gain. It appears the VFW feels the same way I do.

Honorable service is a plus, but not a determining factor. Those who have served honorably, in my experience, don't exploit that service or make of it more than it was. Those that do exploit it: Jon Carry, Murtha, McCain, Max Cleland...
