Military Times is just another Gannet McNewspaper, like USA Today. It reflects the thoughts and values of the weird old pinko Al Neuharth.

NOTE TO ALL: Do not confuse today's Military Times with the old publication many are familiar with.

And who owns the Military Times papers?
Gannett.
Same company that publishes USA TODAY. The Military Times papers have no connection to the US military; they just exploit it for $$$.
To: CWOJackson
I am pretty sure the Military Times is a Gannett publication

This is not about the midterm elections. Riiiight, that's why it's coming out the day before the election.

Why do I have the feeling that, simply based on the name of the publication and the effect that will have on those who have no idea what it is, this story will replace Kerry on the talk show this weekend?
I can almost hear Blitzer and Stephanopolis whining, "But The Military Times! is saying this, not some leftist magazine!"

He has already offered up his resignation 2X.
The president would not accept it.
Rummy is the man!
(By the way, Army Times, AF Times, et all, are considered the National Enquirer by the Military.)

If they really wanted Rummy gone they would have had this editoral after the November election. Since they did it before it just tells me all they were interested in was effecting the election.

Is that the same as the Army Times (which I know is Gannet)?

I spent 22 years in the U.S. Army.
I've never heard of The Military Times.
Is that one of those rags that advocates the legalization of marijuana?
