Were you equally as outraged when he had a markedly pro Bush bias in 2002 and 2003?

The guy follows the polls. When Bush had high popularity, the liberals were whining like crazy about how biased Matthews is.

I'm not going to follow suit, namely because only 500,000 people (in a nation of 300,000,000) watch him.

I'm with you - Matthews is a fair-weathered friend who goes the way the wind blows. The worst sort of bloke.

I do not remember Matthews being peo-Bush in 2002 and 2003. But then, I never watch him. I do remember him being anti-Clinton at the height of Monica-gate.

i wonder how many tv's that are tuned to cnbc during the day for market-related reasons (brokerages, trading floors, others in the wall street and banking community) are left on overnight and help make this number up.
