Just because a person loses their legs means they would be a good congress critter

Many libs have lost their minds. But they still get votes!

Since when do Dims care a wit about the VFW? Answer, since they saw an opportunity to attack.

That was my thought, too. Bob Kerry voted for a draft dodger, not WWII veterans, even though he had two chances to do it.

We have the same problem in Minnesota.

Her name is Patty Wetterling. She's a Dem running for Congress.

About 15 years ago, her son was kidnapped in a stranger abduction. He's never been seen from since.

For some reason, people up here believe that it's not proper to question her on natl security issues or Social Security - simply because she lost her son in a tragic kidnapping.

Duckworth doesn't even live in the Sixth Congressional District. I thought the people sent their leaders to Congress, not other way around.

Olbermann said that no one could criticize Duckworth about anything because she lost her legs in the war. He was serious.

Of course he was serious. Dishonesty is his stock and trade.

Brash and tactless as she is, Ann Coulter is proved right again -- the left props up tragic spokespeople and absolves them from any responsibility to be honest and truthful because of the pains they have suffered. Max Cleland, The Jersey Girls, Cindy Sheehan, Michael J. Fox, et al -- no one has the right to do anything but say, "Of course you're right, you're a victim of (fill in the blank). How could you be wrong?"

Olberman's been serious for years in need of serious, long term, in patient professional help.

There are all kinds of Dem candidates like that this year. They are the "How dare you criticize them?" candidates. It's ridiculous.

He'll probably run for office some day. He has plenty of moronic followers.

Has anybody sent a dinghy out to his yacht to get John Kerry's reaction? I'm sure he'd like to weigh in.

"They should be ashamed of themselves," he said. "They have some explaining to do to their members."

So, the VFW should endorse a veteran, regardless of the fact that she is actively undermining the troops she used to fight with?

Bob Kerry, John Kerry, they should all just STFU!

So if Peyton Manning were to leave the Colts in free agency and start playing for another team that competed against the Colts the Colts management should be more supportive of Peyton and his new team rather than their own organization?
