Yeah, I've been hearing for years from some of the premier moon bats, especially those who live in the suburbs adjacent to D.C. about the votng machine fraud conspiracy. They especially hate Steele and when he wins - and he will - they will use whatever means available to stage their uprising. Not getting Little Marty O'Malley into the governor's office will frost 'em, too.
IS there not a tracking system that would state whether a person was sent a ballot or not?

I think the states do this on purpose to throw the elections off track.
I thought in Michigan back in the '80s did its tracking when the ballots were received....you actually could request multiple absentee ballots....my memory could be failing though.
