Instead, she gave her lawyer's address as her own.

It was her real estate agent's address, not her attorneys....

"If I remember right Florida alone had almost 40,000 people who registered in two states. Care to guess the amount of dems in that total?"

About 20% from New York, 15% from Vermont, 20% from Connecticut, 25% from Mass, 20% fron Rhode Island, and the rest fropm New Jersey. Oh, wait. That is more than 100%.

Ann is playing them perfectly. First she has a right to privacy and she can use an address that shields her true address, i.e. a postdrop.

Second as long as she voted once and in the same district, not necessarily precinct, then she is in the clear. As she is a really sharp lawyer aware of her celebrity she knows there will always be Anderson type opportunists waiting to defame her by any means.

So let the prosecutors press charges and embarass themselves in that state again.

Very nice indeed. Even has a cement pond! ;)

Probably has some nice pot passers, too.

Question of the day: Could Ann hide behind a cue stick? The girl needs to eat more than 500 calories per day.

I don't think that is her pad actually. That one is a couple of doors away. Her's is more modest.

Looks like her neighbor to the lower right lives in a Cathedral, and a taxicab is parked in her drive way. God only knows how these rich people spend their time.:-)

I think that a cue stick is inadequate, though a relatively thin tree-trunk might be adequate. She's thin, for certain.

My offers to provide her with adequate nourishment have so far fallen on deaf ears. :)

Yeah right. As smart as she is I'm so sure she intentionlly voted in the wrong place. And that's what they'd have to prove, that she did it on purpose, which is impossible to prove. And there would be no reason for her to do it on purpose. It's a waste of tax payer money spending millions to try and take down a conservative Icon. This is Rush 2.0. Instead of prescribed pain meds, it's voting in the wrong location. What a crock.

No big deal, St Louis or Philly had 108% voter turn out one year.

I'm sure this is a completely non-partisan investigation. Just like Rush's Viagra.

Selective prosecution, alright.

I don't understand why to states controlled by Republican governors [Fla and Tx coem to mind: Rush and Tom Delay], just sit by and watch a local DA carry on like this.

That's the thing..yes it should be that easy.
Yet, is it true she gave someone else's address? And if so why? if she did....then she will be in trouble and probably should be. We can't have a double standard here.

But why did she do that? She's smart enough to know not to. It just looks bad.

Anybody who registers in NYC registers FOREVER. It has one of the worst, most inefficient board of elections in the entire country. By this kind of stupid evidence, not only is Coulter a crook but anyone who ever moves out of NY is a crook - including me.

Are you saying that over 3.8 million Floridians voted in the wrong precinct?

Well, the Democrats from this precinct certainly did:
