I hope it rains in Virginia, but not in Maryland where Steele is depending on crossover dems.

The same people who would let a little rain stop them from voting are the same who stand out in cold/rain/snow/hail for American Idol auditions, lotto tickets, concert seats, and anything free.

If it storms across the country, its good for Republican turnout, democrats are fare/fair(?) weather voters.

Unfortunately, the dead don't care what the weather's like. They'll still be voting Democrat.

Well, let's put it this way: even if a terrorist attack would double the votes for Republicans (which it would not), we should all hope and pray no attack occurs.

Good. Democrats won't want to drag themselves out of bed during daylight hours to vote if it rains, especially since they think they've won the election already anyway.
Republicans will already be in their cars coming home from work. It'll just be a quick stop for them on their way home to be with their families.

A San Francisco Bay Area earthquake would be nice (just enought to shake people up, no serious damage).
We have Republicans who need to win here in the races for Lt. Governor, Attorney General, and Controller.

Rain showers and 50s for Western Pennsylvania on Tuesday...
Actually, snow showers and an accumulation would be great...conservatives usually have four wheel drive, SUVs...

I'm thinking I need to add Memphis to my prayer list for freezing rain on election day.

For sure. It's hard enough to get crack heads and welfare queens out of bed on a nice day.

Ref Post #8:
I'm not sure how it would affect the turnout but it would be a slam dunk for the Pubbies.
