My sentiments exactly!

That's because it's the only jacket they have with built-in 90 degree lumbar support!

The hands look photoshopped to me.

No matter what his health is at the moment; Looking at that picture tells you he's not long for this world.

With any luck old Castro will be assigned in Hell by Satan to the same wing as Pol Pot, Mse tse Dung and Joe Stalin. There they can spend the rest of eternity discussing how they each brought better lives to the masses via Socialism.

As far as I'm concerned this rat-ba$tard can't pass away soon enough.

This time they were smart enough to show only his face and cover all the rest of his body, including his forearms. A couple of weeks ago they released at least one photo showing his forearms, which had shrunk to skin and bones. He's a dead man walking, wasting away from cancer, something anybody who's had a family member die from cancer or seen pictures of people dying from that disease knows.

I'm really impressed with the "F Castro" embroidered on his jacket. That does it for me, for sure it's Fidel, it's on his jacket.

I hope he dies a slow and PAINFUL death. Castro has been the death of progress in Cuba. Now it is his turn. I'm sure that he won't be going through those pearly gates.

2002

Ol Fidel sure likes his Adidas windbreaker

ONe big thing to notice between the August and October pictures though is the large amount of wasting and weight loss. Fidel may actually be alive, but he is not long for this world if he is. Anyone who has had a family member die of cancer knows this look quite well.

It appears to me to be a valid picture because Fox was showing some official video tape of him shuffling, sort of like running in place. The comparison that's really telling is between this photo and the photos of him with Carter where he was obviously in far better heath and weighed a great deal more. Remember the pictures of Yuri Andropov, the late Soviet dictator, as he wasted away. He never acquired a new shirt so it was possible to chart his declining health by watching his neck shrink in the same collar. By the Andropov standard, it looks like Fidel is going to be pushing daises pretty soon. Let's all hope for it.

"F... Castro."

That'd make a good t-shirt when Fidel dies.

Judging from how his eyes are beginning to sink back into his head, I would say were looking at timetable of days and weeks instead of months...

Doesn't look too healthy to me, but I'm only an engineer.

Like Tim Conway? I love that bit.
