CBS had a short-lived series about a professional burglar called "Smith." I missed the first show, saw the second show twice...

I believe "Smith" holds the record for the first new show of the season to be cancelled. I think that I must be the only person who watched the premiere and you and I are the only ones who watched the second.

My wife likes "Shark", and I admit I enjoy James Woods's over-the-top character. Though they could lose the daughter and I wouldn't mind.

I actually watched the shows as well, and was looking forward to the rest...

Oh well, 24 will be on in January...

One of the few new TV shows worth watching. Wood's character manages to be both edgy and engaging, a bit like 'House'. Give the daughter time. I think she provides a good opportunity to humanize Shark's character, like Kim in '24'.

Waterfront, with Joe Pantoliano, got canceled BEFORE it even got on the air. Several episodes were in the can.

I like Shark too, because of Woods's character. I also like Heroes, even though I really didn't expect to. Prison Break is still excellent this season, and I also like House. The Office is the only comedy I watch. I have more or less given up on most other shows. I may see a CSI each week, but if I miss all three, no big deal. Amazing Race is the only good reality show.

Hubby and I watched Smith too. We liked it. He liked that "kidnapped" or whatever it was called too, but I think that was cancelled too.

We just discovered Friday Night Lights, I hope they don't cancel that one.

Shark is OK, but I agree the daughter is a drip. Shades of the daughter in 24.

I like Shark. Hope they don't cancel that one. The other new one I watch is Justice on FOX. I can take it or leave it. I dig the legal/cop shows.

The Hollywood crowd just can't seem to drop the obligatory whining-stupid- selfindulgent child, regardless of gender, but most are women/girls.
I like James Woods, also. The daughter needs to start acting like she is as smart as they try to portray her. Most of the children/teenagers on tv today make me want to puke.

No, there is three of us. We watched every episode, though after the first I knew it was doomed for failure.
