The previews of it looked great and I was looking forward to watching it. I didn't even make it through the first episode. It was horrible.

Me, too. I tried it the first night and switched after about 20 minutes. I have liked Amanda Peet in some of her movies. I don't think it was her acting, it was the writing. Hollywood still doesn't get that, with every new conservative-bashing show, they are alienating half of their audience. I haven't watched 'Brothers and Sisters' because I read that they were going to have Calista Flockhart playing a Conservative. Knowing that they wouldn't actually use a Conservative to write her lines, I figured there was no point. The lefties THINK they know how Conservatives think but they have no clue. I'd love to see a Conservative person on a TV show. Michael J. Fox as Alex Keaton was actually pretty good. They didn't denigrate him, week after week, for being a conservative (on the show). Michael J. Fox is nothing but a sad exploitation now.

Same here.
What a pretentious, self-absorbed, shallow, unbelievable show. I was surprised to hear it was still on.
And I refuse to watch 30 Rock because of him.
