It is impossible for Elliot Spitzer to do this because Elliot Spitzer has never created a job in his life. He is only interested in killing businesses across NY State.

John Faso, who is running against Eliot Spitzer, has not been able to raise the funds necessary to go after this bully. It's too bad it requires big bucks to win around here, I know quite a few who would like to see it happen.
