No, it is home of towns with names, some of them soon to be revitalized due to a Moscow-Minsk agreement on air defenses. Belarus is a nice place full of good people who are currently ruled by a paranoid tyrant, much like Iran. Don't think that 99% of the people in Belarus have any idea about collaboration with Iran, they don't. They are busy growing their gardens, building their dachas and getting their kids to school.
