Workers are going to be finding bones for quite a long time. I know the families need closure but this is a monumantal task. 2,749 people perished that day. There are 206 bones in the human body. That means that 566,294 bones existed among all the casualties. No way all of them will ever be found.

They really want to demonstrate some righteous anger, they should remember what party has kept us safe from attacks since and vote accordingly next month, and it ain't the rodent party.

I heard one of the family members is attempting to petition a halt to any construction until an outside source does a thorough search of the area. This may sound a bit harsh, but isn't construction - moving things and excavating - the best way to discover these remains? That's is how many archeoligical sites are discovered.

We still find remains from the Civil War. If these families want to feel anger towards something, how about islam? islam was the cause of September 11th...

Sorry for lack of sensitivity, I believe people watch way too much CSI and expect miracles.

As much material and the number of people involved, it is almost impossible to find every single human remains.

It's been five years, the towers should already started to be rebuilt.

I suggest those 'angered loved ones' take their next lawsuit to the Atta family and one certain Mister Bin Laden.

Man I am sick of their refusal to acknowledge the reality of what happened! They seem to be saying that their loved ones had a right to die in a terror attack with dignity! Tell it to Atta. If you can find Hell's phone number somewhere.

I have more than a few connections to the WTC site. I'm very sorry for the losses of the families and friends of the victims. I'm also sorry for all of the NYC residents who feel they will never be the same.

All that said, I don't know what people will do if we ever lost a city like the Germans, Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, and Russians in WWII, or even if we had something like the London Blitz. Would we pave over NYC and build a big cross on it? Some people just died at the WTC, victims of a cowardly and evil attack. No kind of recovery operation can bring them back. There were heroes too. For all of them, maybe the best memorial is resolve - putting something there that matters, fixing it, getting things back to normal, and doing what we can to protect the millions who are alive. We build a memorial over the USS Arizona. But we built hundreds of warships and won a war to make the world safe again first.

I say make them prove that the recently excavated bones belong to their family members. If they can't prove it and prove that someone should have found them, they should shut up because this is none of their business.

No, it would cover up all the evidence from the CIA government cover up that Bush blew up the buildings. < / sarcasm >
