There are no permanent solutions to some social problems.
You can inform people about moral choices and encourage them to "do right" but some will even deliberately choose to do wrong.

Socialism is CAUSED by a democracy.. A democracy is the disease, socialism is merely a symptom.. i.e. France, Germany, England, Canada.... and YES Russia and China..
Thats exactly WHY our founders gave us a republic.. The words democracy and democratic are found NOWHERE in the United States Constitution... This would seem strange to someone that don't know the difference between them(the words as most Don't)..
