Stewart was convicted in 2005 of providing material support to terrorists.

Convicted over a year ago? Just now sentenced? And credit for time served?

Sentencing was delayed to allow her to have treatment for breast cancer. She'll get credit for time served (has been out on bond, so that doesn't count), but no credit for 'good time' - federal sentences are done flat, iirc.
