Just like the Moscow Circus, which is discussed in another post
here btw.
I recall my first visit to the Moscow Circus, 1996, sitting in the front row with Siberian tigers looking right at me through the most flimsy net wire stuff.
They had hoses and loaded pistols placed around the perpheral area in those days.

Putin will do the same thing that the USSR did... Force russian culture on everyone within Russia's influence. And this is a problem how? Like American culture is not exported?

Communism or Fascism - can anyone provide a clear, distinct difference?
Russia is and will always be a multi-national state. However, they have a right to emphasize their culture and "values".
Why, they should advertise that they are the country that robbed millions of their lives (death, imprisonment, winter train rides), uprooted more and stole their culture by enforcing russification.
Russia is such a noble slavic people, they need to do more to let the world know their history and beneficence.
