Reading to the end of the excerpt posted in the article we find the following
Hunter's spokesman, Joe Kasper, said the Justice Department had asked Congress to hold off on any oversight until the legal case concluded.

C'mon Pubbies; get on this horse and ride it all the way to Novermber 7.
I just realized that the "first Tuesday in November" which is always election day, could not have come any later than November 7th.
That's great because we need all the time we can get to show the American people what a disaster it woud be if the Dems take control of either or both Houses of Congress. Six or seven days is an eternity in politics.
