Legal Advice Requested Allright, here's some legal advice: Don't trust legal advice you get from anonymous strangers on an Internet board.

I am not a lawyer but I do know this.....
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

I'm not a lawyer, but I would remove it to save myself legal trouble, but only after everbody who wants the info has already read it and saved it off my server.

I would imagine there would be many, many lawyers who would take the case pro bonum.....just for the publicity./
To: jrooney
has received an email from Jordan Edmunds attorney I never heard of a lawyer sending what amounts to a cease and desist request through email rather than via courier or other traceable means.
To: jrooney
Don't do a thing until you find a lawyer who can make his name on your case.

I would tell Wild Bill to tell that attorney that he will take the story off the website just as soon as ABC and the rest of the MSM stops reporting on it.
"Freedom of the Press" isn't just for the Big 3 and the BBC.

A point to keep in mind. As I recall, the page posted one or more pictures on a public site, together with some personal information. That is a postive step to gain public attention, although not for the Foley matter. If you post your name and picture in a public place, can you then invoke a desire for privacy?

It seems it would have to be certified or hand delivered. This sounds like a prank but he needs to talk to a professional about it. The Clintons and the Democrats are rewarding lawyers big time and have for years that is why 85% of their donations go to the Democrats. Lawyers know how to circumvent the system and hush an ordinary person because the average person cannot afford them or it puts them in such a hardship it hurts their family. The Democrats need to be hung out to dry.
