The Lava Fields are quite accessible from Nevada but does the finding of European genetic researchers that people moved around very little hold true for American prehistory?

Maybe from Europe? There are finding of European mummies that show traces of cocaine which would of had to of come from South America in my opinion so maybe he ran across some traders and got some weed from them.
