Nobody will get the reference, but there's a storyline in Judge Parker where a guy named Raju is getting a makeover from nerd to not. He currently looks just like this Angelides guy.
John Kerry just cannot look manly, no matter how hard he tries. He is the wimpiest and most clueless looking man I've ever seen. When he smiles, the look on his face seems to be saying: "am I fooling anybody"?
