In 1991, Albania started an effort toward democratization. Fifteen years later, Sokoli said it hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it. He’s also glad to have allies once again.

Fifteen years from 1991 to today. And the whiney weenie libs think Iraq should have accomplished a complete democratic and violence-free state in 15 months. Bozos.

Albania opened its airspace, land routes and territorial waters to U.S.-led forces and offered use of its bases.
