I don't want the BATFE "reformed" to "streamline" their persecution of gun owners. I want the "F" REMOVED to make their agency Constitutional.

In Massachusetts, a retired military officer with 35 years of weapons training and a spotless record has to wait 3-6 months to renew his long-standing LTC. For those with lesser credentials, a lawyer and a one-five year wait for a trial in superior court to sue the chief of police is required. This sort of abuse should be punishable by public flogging.

That is a damn shame! You should look into relocating if thats what you have to go through over in Mass. In most sane states you fill out an Atf-4473, one phone call, and you should be good to go! It's sad that someone such as yourself who has a clean record and 35 years of military service has to go through a ton of nonsense to have a gun.

I would say something about Feinstein and Shumer and firearms but I would get sent to the penalty box for a couple of days.

If the actions of the US Senate were judged as a hockey game, Schumer and Feinstein would be given game-misconduct penalties for Gross Tyranny with intent to distribute.

This sort of abuse should be punishable by public flogging.

Or clandestine second amendment action.
