Lets see...
1) No Abu Ghraib prisons. They just aren't nice to prisoners.
2) No Gitmo, same reason.
3) No electronic surveillance of international communications between terror cells, it's against their privacy rights.
4) No Treasury department snooping for terror funds, see reason #3.
5) No interrogating captured known terrorists to extract information concerning the next 911.
6) No fighting the enemy because it makes them fight back.
7) A kinder-gentler all-inclusive military trained to deliver pizza to the hungry.
8) and last but not least, Constitutional Rights and Geneva Convention rules of engagement for us, but no rules of engagement for our enemies.
