Are you serious? That is the extent of your take on Operation Iraqi Freedom?

I think he's done good in fighting military beauracracy to get a quicker moving, more high-tech military that moves faster with fewer people. I'd say that the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan stand as textbook examples of decisive military victory. The aftermath hasn't been pretty in Iraq, but I think the administration had to soft-pedal how long we might be in Iraq, and how tenacious the jihadis might be in the years after, to get popular support for going into Iraq - a proper political gambit, IMHO. I'd agree that we should have taken out Muqtada al Sadr a long time ago, and that there have been other mistakes, but it's war and mistakes will always be made. Looking at the entire picture, though, he's done a great job and should be commended for modernizing our military.

Why do you think he hasn't done a good job?

Last time I looked we were still fighting our asses off in Iraq and Afghanistan. Can you please define what you mean by a decisive military victory?
