Don't waste your time on it.
I see you are not understanding the point I am making. I also see that rather than posting your own analysis and opinions you prefer that I chase down links you randomly provide. Yea sure...
Yes, but it also netted Zinni a very lucrative profit in that sweetheart telecom deal with Pakistan...I'm sure it's only a coincidence that he encouraged the White House not to follow up on the Pakistan connection to the USS Cole bombing.
I voted. Rumsfeld has done a GREAT job despite all the nuisance swipes from the leftist weenies.
Well, you certainly fit into the current FReeper stereotype - label anyone who disagrees with even one member of the current administration as a Clinton loving, tree-hugging, Gore-bot, anti-American, terrorist-loving, traitor. Do you guys ever stop and wonder for a moment why you are not taken seriously? Maybe this attitude had something to do with the less than impressive turnout at the Rally for the Troops.... While you guys espouse a "take no quarter" towards our nation's enemies you also shove the same at anyone who is not lock-step with your narrow views on the world.
Have we met?
Where have you been for the last 30 years? Did you ever really think there was a point where we could have negotiated and reasoned with them? We have always been reduced to two choices....destroy those who want to harm us or surrender to them. Just because you may not have noticed their intent until the last 5 years or so doesn't mean it hasn't existed for decades. The useful idiots in Washington, the media and the public in general will not allow us to do what needs to be done. That isn't Rumsfeld's fault. It is OUR fault.
Yep Kerry and his crew would have done much better /sarcasm
What planet were you on when you heard that I supported Kerry? Come on, you can spit it out - "I generalize and am not really familiar with the issues - but hurtling smear makes me feel better". There, I said it for you.
Flame away - out here...
Love your glorious leader Zinni's response to the bombings at Dharan, Riyadh, USS Cole, and the embassies. Real leadership there. A real thinker and planner.

Zinni for vice president?
Some Washington insiders applaud idea
of Kerry picking retired Marine general
I believe the task in Iraq is a difficult one because of the infiltration by Iranian with special forces to provoke the factions in Iraq to turn on each other. Syria is also involved. At this present time, Iran has turned up the heat another notch in order to affect the U.S. elections. This tactic is working. I am very worried that no one has even said one word of Iran's involvement. It tells me that people are so focused on the blame game they cannot see the real game that is being played on us. This CNN poll is blaming our own defenders of freedom for the problems in Iraq. Instead, we should be calling for action against Iran and backing up our leaders when they decide to do so.
Let me see. Me and my boy Zinni are advoacating failed policies of the 1990s. Okay slick, I defer to your obvious expertise in these matters.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me and gordongekko909 if you want to be added or removed from the Freep this Poll! Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list)
I wish you'd put that line at the start of your post instead of at the end. You just blew your credibility right out of the water. Zinni was responsible for our campaign in Somalia. After that abortion...he's done nothing but bitch and whine about the job everyone after him has done. Kind of puts him in the Carter/Clinton camp.
